Pakistan, led by Shan Masood have announced their playing 11 for the first Test match against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi. Saim Ayub is all set to open with Abdullah Shafique while Mohammad Rizwan has been selected as the wicketkeeper batter over the experienced Sarfaraz Ahmed.

There are speculations that the pitch will assist seamers in Rawalpindi and so Pakistan have gone with four pacers in the XI. Shaheen Afridi is all set to lead the attack and has Naseem Shah, Mohammad Ali and Khurram Shahzad alongside him.

No Frontline Spinner In PAK XI

Saud Shakeel, the vice-captain of the side can roll his arms along with Salman Ali Agha if Pakistan require spin during the Test.

Apart from these players, Babar Azam will continue with his number 4 position in the batting line-up and Pakistan clearly are going with aggressive intent in this Test with result-oriented pitch set to welcome both teams in Rawalpindi.
