On Thursday, July 18, West Indies will face England for the 2nd Test at Trent Bridge in Nottingham.

It is a do-or-die game for the Windies as the Kraigg Brathwaite-led side suffered embarrassment in the opening game. In the first match, England beat West Indies by an innings and 114 runs.

Surprisingly, for the second Test, the Windies have not made any change and are going with the same playing XI that played the first game. The Windies Cricket took to Twitter to announce their playing XI.

West Indies Playing XI: Kraigg Brathwaite (c), Mikyle Louis, Kirk McKenzie, Alick Athanaze, Kavem Hodge, Joshua Da Silva (wk), Jason Holder, Gudakesh Motie, Alzarri Joseph, Shamar Joseph, Jayden Seales

On the other hand, England, who won the first game comfortably, were forced to make one change as Mark Wood came in for James Anderson, who played his last international game at Lord's.

England's Playing XI: Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Harry Brook, Ben Stokes (captain), Jamie Smith (wicketkeeper), Chris Woakes, Gus Atkinson, Mark Wood, Shoaib Bashir.

For England, it would be for the first time since 2012 that they would be without Stuart Broad or James Anderson in a Test match.
