On Monday, July 15, India's star all-rounder, Hardik Pandya, returned to his hometown in Vadodara, where he received a grand welcome.

Fans gathered in thousands to welcome their star player as Pandya played a crucial role in India's success at the T20 World Cup 2024. Notably, Pandya bowled the all-important 20th over and defended 16 runs in the last over to seal the win for India.

When Pandya returned to Vadodara, he held a road show, where he waved the Indian flag and also danced to Chak de India. Further, the star all-rounder also hogged the internet for striking his signature pose.

Alongside Pandya, his brother Krunal was also present on the bus and in the latest events, he took to Twitter to thank the Vadodara crowd for their love and support.

Meanwhile, Krunal also praised the crowd for giving way to an ambulance that was stuck due to the massive crowd for the roadshow.

"Experiencing the incredible love in Vadodara - a city that we consider as our temple - was unforgettable. Huge thanks to everyone who cleared the way for an ambulance amid the celebrations. This gesture truly shows the spirit of responsible citizens. Deeply moved by our fans' "

Talking about Hardik, he will next be seen in action against Sri Lanka, where he will feature in the T20I series. However, Pandya is likely to skip the ODI series because of personal reasons.
