The pair of Bollywood actress, who is also the daughter of legendary actor Suniel Shetty, and India’s player tied the knot in January 2023, and since then, they often grab the limelight.
KL Rahul, Athiya Shetty Buy New Home In Mumbai
Lately, Rahul and Athiya made headlines yet again as they bought a new apartment in Mumbai's Pali Hill area. As per IndexTap.com, their new home, located in Bandra, is worth INR 20 crore, it is a 3,350 sq ft flat on the second floor of the ground-plus-18 floors of the Sandhu Palace building.
As you may already know, many Bollywood superstars stay in that area, which includes one of the greatest ever – Aamir Khan, who lives particularly in Bandra's Pali Hill area.
Among others, Shahrukh Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Salman Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Tripti Dimri all have apartments in Bandra.
As reported by the documents, Rahul and Athiya have paid a stamp duty of INR 1.20 crore and a registration fee of INR 30,000 to confirm the purchase of their new home.
