Batting first, the Mumbai Indians conjured 149-7 from 20 overs despite falling to 14-2 in 4.3 overs at one stage. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur led her team’s rescue act with a burgeoning 66-run knock from just 44 balls. LSG Ask NCA To Declare Mayank Yadav Unfit: Report
As per a Mykhel report, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) team management has urged the NCA to declare injured fast bowler Mayank Yadav ‘unfit’ for the entire IPL 2025 season. Mayank, along with fellow LSG pacers Mohsin Khan and Avesh Khan are also at the academy in a bid to recover from their respective injuries.
The report further indicated that the LSG management requested the doctors to declare Mayank Yadav unfit for the entire IPL 2025 so that they can name a replacement for the fast bowler. As per IPL regulations, franchises cannot name a replacement for a player unless they are ruled out for the entire season. The LSG management, however, has denied making any such request.
