Meanwhile, the veteran wicket-keeper's prowess in Badminton has come to notice, with a video of him playing the sport going viral on social media. 

In a clip posted by a certain MS Dhoni fan page, the former Indian captain can be seen engaged in a Badminton game with a group of people. 

It is a fiercely competitive doubles game, as Dhoni, wearing a yellow jersey, makes it incredibly tough for his opponents to face him on the Badminton court. 

As he gets a chance to hit the shuttle, the former Chennai Super Kings captain uses all his force to play a powerful smash, giving the other team little reaction time. 

Thus, his exploits on the Badminton court are certainly an indicator of his remarkable ability to excel in several sports involving intense physical activity. 

Will MS Dhoni play in IPL 2025?

Despite retiring from international cricket, Dhoni continues to feature in the Indian Premier League. 

Interestingly, he could be one of CSK's retentions under the uncapped players' category ahead of the mega auction. 

If the BCCI amends the retention policy, Dhoni could play the tournament as an uncapped player as he retired five years ago.
