South Africa's pace sensation, Kagiso Rabada, has dethroned Jasprit Bumrah to become the No.1 Test bowler per ICC Men's Test Player Rankings. Overtaking the India pacer, Rabada now sits comfortably in the top spot after wreaking havoc against Bangladesh.
It is a bright time for Rabada to shine for his nation, especially during the ICC World Test Championship. The Proteas' right arm recently took his 300th Test wicket against Najmul Hossain Shanto Bangladesh in the first Test at the Sher-E Bangla Cricket Stadium.

Rabada Returns To No.1 Spot After Five Years
The 29-year-old pacer picked up nine wickets in the game because of which he rose three places and went past Jasprit Bumrah, Josh Hazlewood and Ravichandran Ashwin in the process to return to the No.1 ranking for Test bowlers for the first time since the start of 2019.
Interestingly, back in Janauary 2018, Kagiso Rabada held the premier ranking and has been consistently sitting inside the Top 10 for a long time after he relinquished the No.1 spot in February 2019.
Meanwhile, Rabada sits with 860 points in the bag, followed by Australia's Josh Hazlewood, placed at second spot with 847, and India's Jasprit Bumrah at third with 846 points. The fourth position is taken up by India's Ravichandran Ashwin, who rated 831. Australia's Pat Cummins is placed at number five with a rating of 820.
