After retaining majority of their core players, RCB will enter the mega auction with a new found confidence as they look to build a strong core ahead of the next season. The team had only retained three players as everyone else was released during the retention day.
Only Virat Kohli, Rajat Patidar and Yash Dayal were retained, and rest of the squad was released as the team prepares for the mega auction. While all the franchises had 120 crore as their allotted budget, however, they have retained three players and hence, the budget has come down to 83 crores.
