The IPL champions of the 2022 edition, Gujarat Titans had a dream couple of years in the league, however, last season, they came crashing down and failed to qualify for the playoffs. Their 'OG' skipper, Hardik Pandya left for Mumbai and the side appointed Shubman Gill as the new captain.

However, it didn't work well as the team couldn't go past the league stage and had a dismal performance. They missed quite a few players last season due to injuries and ahead of the season they have tried and rectified it.

Conclusion

Gujarat Titans eclipsed their previous best and snatched Jos Buttler for a whopping 15.75 crore. They followed it up with the purchase of Mohammed Siraj for INR 12.25 crore. The team also bought all-rounder Nishant Sindhu for 30 lakhs.
