Just like every other major ICC event, India has got their brand-new jersey ahead of the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024 which will commence in June in the United States Of America and the Caribbean Islands.

On Monday evening, Adidas, who is India's kit sponsor, via social media, presented the new-look jersey that the Indian team will be wearing in the aforementioned tournament in the USA and the Caribbean.

What does the jersey look like?

The jersey consists of the traditional solid blue colour on the front and back with orange sleeves and stripes on the sides. As usual, it has the BCCI logo with a star which represents India's triumph in the inaugural edition of the T20 World Cup [then WT20] in South Africa in 2007. On the shoulder, it has the trademark three stripes of Adidas.


When and where will the jersey be available for the fans?

The official T20 World Cup 2024 jersey will be available for the fans from Tuesday, May 7 at 10.00 hours (IST) in the official nearby Adidas stores and their website.

The T20 World Cup will begin on June 2 and Team India will kick-start their campaign on the 5th against Ireland, before they play the big ticket against Pakistan on June 5 in New York.
