As the ninth edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup beckons, each participating team is bracing itself to compete in the warm-up phase of the tournament. As many as 10 warm-up fixtures are lined-up as a prelude to the 17-day competition.

Each nation will play two matches between September 28 and October 1 across three different venues in Dubai. In lieu of the highly-anticipated T20 extravaganza, we take a complete look at the entire schedule and live streaming details of the warm-up set of matches of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024.

ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 Warm-Up: Format and Teams

The ten participating teams of the 2024 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup are designated to play two warm-up matches each prior to the main event. Notably, all teams will be playing their warm-up games against opponents from different Groups of the tournament's opening round.

For instance, Team India, placed in Group A, will be facing Group B teams like South Africa and West Indies during the warm-ups.

ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 Warm-Up: Venue

The warm-up matches of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 are scheduled to be held in three different venues, all in Dubai. The Sevens Stadium, ICC Academy Ground and ICC Academy Ground No. 2 are the three stadiums allocated to host the warm-up fixtures.
