Hardik Pandya’s Sweet Gesture For Kashvee Gautam Wins Hearts
Gujarat Giants’ young all-rounder Kashvee Gautam had a memorable fan moment when she met her cricketing idol, Hardik Pandya, after the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 Eliminator.
Pandya, who was present at the stadium alongside Mumbai Indians’ men’s batting coach Kieron Pollard, interacted with Kashvee after the game. Harleen Deol, who plays for the Giants, introduced Kashvee to Hardik, revealing that she was a huge fan of the Indian all-rounder and often imitated his playing style.
The young cricketer welcomed Hardik enthusiastically and said, "Big fan, sir!" and Hardik responded graciously with thanks. The talk soon turned to cricket, where Hardik inquired about Kashvee's WPL 2025 season.
Hardik then questioned Kashvee whether she was an all-rounder and whether she also batted. Kashvee happily disclosed that she had "HP33" written on her bat, in honour of Pandya's legendary jersey number. This impressed Hardik, who then inquired about the bat she was using.
When Kashvee mentioned she used an “1100” bat, Pandya promised to send her a special bat, saying, "Main shred karke bhejta hoon."
