The IPL 2025 is all set to resume from May 17, and many franchises are try to assemble their best possible arsenal with many players opting out due to reschedule. Amidst all the talks and reports, Bharat Sharma from PTI has revealed that Marcus Stoinis and Josh Inglis would be available for the last two league games of Punjab Kings for IPL 2025.

Punjab Kings Boosted By Availability Of Star Australian Duo

There have been plenty of contrasting reports on the availability of two Australian players. It started with the claim that all foreign Punjab Kings players will be available for the rest of the IPL, but then the reports of unavailability of Marcus Stoinis and Josh Inglis started popping out.

However, it seems that the coach Ricky Ponting has convinced his Australian players to come back to India. Both of them will not be available for the game against Rajasthan Royals on Sunday, but can play in the last two leagues games. Josh Inglis though might return back to Australia after the league stage as he is part of Australia's WTC Final squad.

Marcus Stoinis though has no such commitments, and Punjab Kings would be hoping that he stays till the final. Punjab Kings currently have 15 points in their kitty from 11 matches, and look set to qualify for the playoffs. Apart from Stoinis and Inglis, other players excluding Aaron Haride have also confirmed their availability at least till the league stage, and Punjab have also added Kyle Jamieson and Mitchell Owen to their squad in place of injured Lockie Ferguson and Glenn Maxwell.
