The 7th match of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2024 will be played between Royal Challengers Bangalore Women and Delhi Capitals Women on Thursday, February 29.

With two wins under their belt, the Royal Challengers Bangalore women have stormed to the top of the points table in the WPL 2024, making a statement early in the tournament.

The RCB Women are entering this match with momentum, courtesy of their emphatic eight-wicket victory over the Gujarat giants women. It was a lopsided affair, with RCB's batting and bowling too good to handle for the Gujarat Giants.

As they approach this game, it's highly unlikely that the Royal Challengers Bangalore Women will make any changes to their winning lineup.

Smriti Mandhana and Sophie Divine are set to open the innings for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Mandhana, falling just short of a half-century in the previous match, will aim to continue her good form.

Taking charge in the middle order are Sabbhineni Meghana, showcasing sublime form with unbeaten innings of 36 and 53 runs in the recent matches, and Ellyse Perry, bringing her trademark explosive batting to the fore.

And the onslaught doesn't stop there for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Up next is the dynamic Richa Ghosh, with Sophie Molineux and Georgia Wareham ready to follow suit with their all-round abilities.

At the forefront of the fast bowling lineup, Simran Bahadur and Renuka Thakur will spearhead the pace attack, while Shreyanka Patil and Asha Sobhana take charge of spin bowling duties.
