Tigers to field strong spin core against India

Taking a leaf out of the Pakistan Tests, the Bangladesh team should open with Zakir Hasan and Shadman Islam, The duo looked confident against Pakistan and should be a handy challenge for the Indian bowlers.

Bangladesh have built a strong middle-order core, with Najmul Hossain Shanto, Mominul Haque, Mushfiqur Rahim and Litton Das forming the base. The side also has two quality all-rounders in Shakib Al Hasan and Mehidy Hasan Miraz. Miraz was lauded by the Bangladesh coach to replace Shakib in the future, and the youngster will have considerable responsibility in the upcoming match.

Now, this is where the interesting part comes up. The Indian batters have recently struggled against the spinners, and as a result, the Tigers might be tempted to include Taijul Islam in place of Hasan Mahmud in the playing XI.
