Veteran Indian batter Virat Kohli had a memorable outing in Royal Challengers Bengaluru's ongoing IPL 2024 match against Rajasthan Royals, guiding his side to a respectable 183-run total with a glorious ton. 

Opening the batting alongside skipper Faf du Plessis, Kohli struck twelve fours and four massive sixes, finishing his innings on a gorgeous 72-ball 113. 

However, with the innings, Kohli achieved an unwanted feat, registering the joint slowest IPL ton alongside his former RCB teammate, Manish Pandey.

Kohli took a particular liking for Nandre Burger initially before unleashing his beast mode against the other RR bowlers. 

While the talismanic Indian batter struck a magnificent unbeaten 113-run knock, Du Plessis was RCB's second-best contributor with a 33-ball 44. 

Swashbuckling Australian batter Glenn Maxwell endured another failure, being castled by Burger for one, while Saurav Chauhan and Cameron Green also managed single-digit scores. 

Thus, the Royals need 184 runs to maintain their winning streak and move one place up to the top in the IPL 2024 standings.
