'Would Love To Be Back': RCB's Long Lost Hero Expresses Desire To Return To IPL

India’s right-hand batter, Manish Pandey has expressed his desire to play for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) once again at the Indian Premier League.

Pandey, expressed that as Karnataka's homeboy he would love to back playing for RCB. In fact not just him but all the youngsters from the state share the same dream.

Manish Pandey who debuted in the IPL back in 2008 was initially picked by Mumbai Indians,  but made it to the squad of RCB a year later.

Manish Pandey Expresses Desire To Return To RCB

Reminiscing his early days and sharing his interest in playing for RCB once again, he said:

“As a hometown boy, I would love to be back playing for RCB. Not just me, all the youngsters from Karnataka would love to play for RCB one day".

Interestingly, Manish Pandey scored an unbeaten 114 for the Royal Challengers Bangalore against the Deccan Chargers in IPL 2009 and became the first Indian to score a ton in the IPL. Currently, Pandey is a part of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
