Bollywood's famous couple, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, radiated excitement at the launch of Indian Street Premier League (ISPL) season 2 along with Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar on Sunday.

The popular actress, seated right next to the Mumbai-born batter, couldn't contain her admiration. She expressed that she was stunned when she was sitting beside a cricketer who she had seen on television while growing up.

“I am so stunned and excited that I am sitting next to a living legend, Mr Sachin Tendulkar, who we watched on our tv screens at home and gone like ‘Oh my God’, so I am completely awestruck right now being next to him and being part of the ISPL.”

The Tigers of Kolkata owner also said that she is extremely ecstatic about the fact that cricket stands at the heart of India and that:

“I have always been great fan of watching and enjoying the sport for its team spirit. And, for the fact that it stands for the heart of what India also stands for. I think when there’s a cricket match, every Indian is glued to the screen.”

Interestingly, Tigers of Kolkata are also the defending champions of the ISPL.
