In the 13th match of the Shpageeza T20 League 2024, the spotlight shone brightly on Amo Sharks’ Zubaid Akbari as he took on the Mis-e-Ainak Knights. From the outset, Zubaid showcased his aggressive intent, starting his innings with a flurry of boundaries. 

In the 3rd over, he set the tone by smashing a sequence of 4, 6, and another 4 off Mohammad Nabi’s bowling, leaving the opposition reeling under his onslaught.

Despite his impressive innings, Zubaid was dismissed for 49 runs from 36 balls. His departure, however, did little to halt the momentum of the Amo Sharks. Thanks to his blistering start, the team was well-positioned to secure a victory.
