Team India's vice-captain, Hardik Pandya has placed a lot of confidence on the Jasprit Bumrah-led Indian bowling line-up to deliver stump-breaking performances all through the ongoing ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 because of their experience, intensity and honesty.

Cumulatively the entire group has played 892 T20 games, which amounts for a lot of opportunities to learn from their mistakes and grow.

In a recent chat with the BCCI.TV, the star Indian all-rounder talked about the advantage of having Bumrah, Sirah, Arshdeep all playing for the same side and how their experience helped them clinch a victory against Ireland on Wednesday. 


Here's what he said:

"So we have a lot of experience, especially in bowling where we have someone like Jasprit Bumrah, who is the number one bowler by far. We have (Mohammed) Siraj, who has been tremendous in recent years," Hardik said.


"We have Arshdeep, who has played the last two World Cups and has been quite fantastic and making sure that he keeps getting better. There is a lot of experience, lot of honesty within the bowling core group, and the wicket has also helped a lot today (Wednesday)," he added.

In their campaign opener, the exceptional bowling effort by all their bowlers saw Paul Stirling and Co bundle out for just 96 runs. They did not stop attacking the opposition for even a second and all the bowlers except Jadeja managed to scalp at least one wicket each. This victory can only be credited to the bowlers and their witchcraft with the ball.
