"I have between 600k and 700k Instagram followers over the past four years. After representing India, it has suddenly increased to 1.5 million. Sarfaraz said, expressing satisfaction with the rapid growth in his following on social media.

The Right-hand batter, who had eagerly awaited his chance in the national team, made an immediate impact with three consecutive fifties in India's triumphant 4-1 series win over England, under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma.
