In the teaser of Ashwin’s show, ‘Kutti Stories with Ash’, the former Indian spinner invited Harbhajan Singh for a chat. During the discussion, the duo addressed the speculated rumors and silenced all the buzz with a strong response.

“This whole jealousy bit, before I allow you to answer that, let me clarify something. People look at everything from their perspective. For example, if they are passing a comment on me, they believe that others would see the world through their eyes,” he said.


“Their comments that you (Harbhajan) are jealous of this person who is interviewing you today (Ashwin), what would that be about, Bhajji pa?” he added.

Harbhajan Singh Silences The Buzz

After Ashwin threw the question the the former Indian spinner, Harbhajan Singh tackled that in a similar way he used to trouble the opponent batters. His sharp answer silenced all the rumors.

“Do you think I am jealous of you? You are sitting with me today, and we have spoken at length. Do you think I am that kind of person?” he said.

Agreeing with Harbhajan Singh, Ravichandran Ashwin admitted that feeling a bit of jealousy is only natural. As a fellow human, he embraced those emotions instead of denying them.

“Even if you are jealous at one point, it is justified. That is my point. I would never take it the wrong way because we are all human. Naturally, it is bound to be like that,” Ashwin added.
