The first Test between India and Bangladesh is all set to start on the 19th of September at the iconic M.A Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Bangladesh are coming into the series after whitewashing Pakistan and are high on confidence. India, however, would be tougher challenge for them and Rohit Sharma in his press conference with his indirect dig at Bangladesh's confidence made sure that Bangla Tigers know what they are going into.

Rohit in his usual cool and carefree attitude mentioned that all teams like to enjoy beating India and before the series they should be allowed to enjoy which indirectly meant that after the series starts, it is most probably India that dominates the proceedings. He also referred to Ben Stokes and company and their chatter in the press conference, during the Test series in India earlier this year.

Rohit Sharma stated that they don't focus on what the other team is saying and they just try to focus on their cricket.

"Sab teams ko India ko harana mein maza aata hain,  lene do maze (all teams like to beat India, let them enjoy). When England came they also spoke a lot in the press, but we don't focus on that. We try to play good cricket."

India's Dominance Over Bangladesh In Test Cricket

India have dominated against Bangladesh in Test cricket, and in the 13 matches so far, the Men in Blue have won 11 Test matches. Two have been drawn and Bangladesh are still searching for their maiden victory. However, they were winless against Pakistan too, when they travelled there, and ended up winning both the Test matches to create history and start a new chapter in Bangladesh cricket. So, it would be an interesting series and if Bangladesh manage to trouble India on home turf, it would be quite an achievement for Shanto and company.
