Team India under Rohit Sharma is roaring at the World Cup 2023. Having played six games so far in the tournament, they are yet to be defeated. All the players of the team look to be in nice shape and place as everyone is stepping up on different occasions.

Ever Since Rohit Sharma has been given the captaincy, we are seeing a whole new version of him as he is taking on the bowlers from the first ball of the match. Despite his aggressive approach, he has been consistent and has been smashing bowlers all over the ground.

In just six games, he has hammered 398 runs with a blistering average of 66.33. Not only he is smashing the bowlers but he is also putting the team in a situation where the middle-order batters can even play a few quiet overs if there's a collapse in the batting line-up. His approach of not letting the bowlers settle is working pretty well so far and the Indian team have won all six games.

Here's what Rohit Sharma said about his batting approach:

"I am enjoying my batting - want to bring the team in a nice position so I have to set the tone."

We all are familiar with his ability to hit sixes and he is enjoying doing his thing with this kind of a role. With one century and a couple of 80+ scores, he has been in magnificent touch so far. Now, the Indian team will be playing against the Sri Lankan team tomorrow at the Wankhade Stadium, Mumbai.

Rohit and his men are looking solid and so are the South Africans. After the game against Sri Lanka, India will be facing South Africa, which can turn out to be the most anticipated contest of the World Cup 2023.
