The Indian Premier League is nothing short of a festival in India, which lasts for one and a half months, where the established players from each cricketing nation come to India and compete for one trophy. The Caribbean big guy, Kieron Pollard, has been one of the prolific contributors to the Mumbai Indians team. Ever since he joined the MI team, he has won matches single-handedly even from crunch situations. Undoubtedly, the success that the Mumbai Indians are today, Polly is one of the major reasons behind it. 

In his 189-match-long IPL career, Pollard hammered 3,412 runs while batting in the lower middle order and even picked 69 wickets. He also served as the leader on occasions in Rohit's absence, which showcases what he was for the Mumbai Indians team. He comes fifth on the list of players with the most wins in IPL finals with five wins.

Just like Kieron Pollard, Hardik Pandya was also among the core group of players in the Mumbai Indians and delivered with his expertise whenever MI needed. Later he was named as the captain of the Gujarat Titans for the IPL 2022 and led the team to win the trophy in the very first season. 

Now, he has been brought back to where it all began for him, the MI family, and that too as the captain. In 123 games, he has hammered 2309 runs and picked 59 wickets so far. He won four titles with the Mumbai Indians and one with Gujarat Titans, which lands him at fourth place on this list with five wins in the IPL finals.


3. MS Dhoni - 5 Times

One of the greatest captains in the cricket world, MS Dhoni was a gift to Indian cricket and even the Chennai Super Kings, and still is. Ever since the inception of the IPL, Dhoni has been leading the Chennai Super Kings and helped the team lift the trophy five times. In the absence of CSK for two years, he even took the Rising Pune Super Giants to the final once.

Not just IPL, but Dhoni has led the CSK team to win a couple of Champions League as well. In his 250 appearances, Dhoni has hammered 5,082 runs so far. His contributions to the CSK are invaluable and with five titles and five wins in the IPL finals, he comes third on the list of players with most IPL final wins.

One of the most crucial players in the history of IPL, Ambati Rayudu has been an unsung hero for both Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. He started his IPL career with the Mumbai Indians and became their foremost batter with his consistency and match-winning performances. 

Rayudu was later released by the MI and bought by CSK, where he did the same for what he did for MI over the years. His IPL career lasted till his 204th appearance and ended his career on a high note with a championship and over 4,300 runs under his belt. He won four titles with Mumbai Indians and two with Chennai, which places him at second position of this record.

The greatest IPL captain with the highest win percentage, Rohit Sharma has turned out to be a gem for the Mumbai Indians. Rohit started his IPL career with Deccan Chargers and even won one IPL title with them in the year 2009, but he was bought by the Mumbai team in the year 2011 and was named the leader in the year 2013. 

Rohit is one of those elite players who have crossed the 6,000-run mark in the IPL and also the captain with joint most IPL titles. Although he has been released from the captaincy duties, he will continue to contribute towards MI's success. With one title for Deccan Chargers and five titles in his own leadership with Mumbai Indians, he is placed at the top spot of this record.
