The Indian cricket team's former captain Virat Kohli has always been open about his unprecedented love for Chole Bhature. You'd think that being at the prime of your career, a person especially an athlete would want to avoid eating items that could hamper their health. However, that's just not Kohli for you. His admiration for Delhi's most-famous street food item makes us all say: we get it Kohli, we can feel it too!

He had previously appeared on Gaurav Kapoor's talk show "Breakfast with Champions," where he shared his ultimate cheat day meal. He started off season 3 of the show, which featured other cricketers like Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Suresh Raina, and many others in the upcoming episodes.

During the show, while enjoying some spinach soup, Kohli emphasized the importance of fitness and how everyone in the Indian dressing room is now more conscious about their dietary choices. He highlighted that people are being extra careful about what they eat to maintain their fitness levels.

As a Delhi native, Virat Kohli shared that he refrained from indulging in the famous butter chicken and naan for four years, and he takes pride in that accomplishment. However, when Gaurav Kapoor inquired about his dream cheat meal for one day, Kohli revealed that he would without a doubt choose Ram's Chole Bhature at Rajouri Garden.

Here's What He Said:

"Ram's Chole Bhature in Rajouri Garden 110 per cent. That too I'll go to his shop and have it...not take away. By the time it comes home, it's not a bhatura anymore. It feels like a stale bread. Fresh bhatura's where you pop a hole with your finger along with some onions, mint chutney and some pepper pickle."

Ever since, this interview Virat Kohli along with his wife, Anushka Sharma, a popular Bollywood actress, has made rounds rewarding themselves with cheat meals whenever Kohli is off his routine-training and practice.

And these Instagram stories shared by Anushka are a proof of it:

Regardless, post-2012 IPL, Virat Kohli has worked very hard on his fitness and today he is undeniably one of the most fittest athletes of our generation. His hard work on his health clearly resembles that you can actually have it all, all you need is discipline and balance.
