'Jaate Nahi Kahin Rishte Purane': Twitter Explodes in Awe as 'Mahirat' Reunites

Whether they are playing or not, MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli always find themselves on the front page of every tabloid. However, Wednesday saw them headlining for a reason as the two greats of the game meet each other on the cricketing field at a year. And Chinnaswamy's crowd got the chance to see them play together in the Indian Premier League 2023.

The recently commenced Royal Challengers Bangalore versus Chennai Super Kings clash went down to the wire, before the latter finished the racing line first in a cliffhanger.

However, after the clash, the two titans were seen sharing a bond, which is rarely seen nowadays if they are the greatest names of modern-day cricket. However, the Dhoni & Kohli partnership has always been different.

Debuted for India under Dhoni's leadership, the legendary top-order batter has always been the CSK captain's greatest admirer. The Delhi batter once even said that MSD was the only person who called him during his 'protracted' lean patch.

Meanwhile, despite being senior to him, the maestro stumper has always shown utmost respect towards the former RCB skipper.

At Chinnaswamy, MSD's CSK got the better of the Royal Challengers by pulling off a heist by 8 runs. After this, RCB's next stop will be Mohali, as they face Punjab on Thursday. CSK, on the flip side, will be at loggerheads with Hyderabad on Friday.

Sadly for Dhoni-Kohli fans, the concluded clash was most likely the last one the duo played together, as IPL 2023 is touted as the CSK leader's last dance unless both CSK and RCB qualify for the Playoffs.
