We saw a turnaround like no other when SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) took on Sanju Samson's Rajasthan Royals (RR) at Jaipur's Sawai Mansingh Stadium as the visitors stole a victory right after the match was finished in the home side's favour. With five required off the final delivery, Sandeep Sharma got Abdul Samad's wicket but as fate would have had it, umpires signalled a no-ball giving new life to the game and this time Samad didn't miss as he pounded one down the ground for six.

The chaotic scenes saw a new hero emerge for SRH in the form of Samad who spoke after the game and lauded his teammate Glenn Phillips for playing a valiant knock of 25 runs from just seven balls, mentioning that he gave the injection to their chase.

Adding to it, the big-hitter explained the scenario that happened during the last over and along with it, revealed that he was prepared to clear the fence if the bowler missed his yorker.

"When I went into bat it wasn't easy for me. Phillips gave the injection to us. Even when we batted in the powerplay, it was going fine for us. When I crossed the batter and while reaching the non-striker's end, the umpire flexed his arm and showed that it was a no-ball. So I asked Jansen to cross over again. Umpire said that only a run will be given and hence I didn't touch the crease at the other end and crossed over Jansen again. With four needing off the last ball it was a free-hit as well. I just wished the bowler to miss the yorker and once he missed I knew I got this covered. Need to continue this momentum going forward."

After this refreshing victory, SRH's next target will be Lucknow Super Giants when they clash against them on 13th May.
