Perth Scorchers' pace spearhead Jason Behrendorff has attained the milestone of grabbing 100 wickets in the Big Bash League. The left-armer has been a prime weapon for the Western Australian side in the domestic tournaments along with being the high-quality performer for the Scorchers.
His 100th scalp was Brisbane Heat's Marnus Labuschagne who departed after holding on to Stephen Eskinazi at deep cover during the ongoing game at the Gabba. After this scalp, the pacer managed to get two more as he finished his spell with impressive figures of 3/21 in his four overs.
His feat now features has now made him the seventh-highest wicket-taker in the tournament as he took 81 games to record his name on the charts. Sean Abbott who represents Sydney Sixers is at the top of the tally with 141 wickets from as many as 103 games, while Jason's teammate Andrew Tye holds the second position by dismissing batters 134 times.

Behrendorff debuted for Scorchers against Melbourne Renegades during the 2012-13 season where he managed figures of 3/44 from his four overs.
His magnificent bowling during the proceeding game helped his side restrict their opponents to a score of 155 for the loss of six wickets.
