Yuvraj Singh's old interview has resurfaced on the internet amid his father Yograj Singh's explosive statements on MS Dhoni, Kapil Dev and other prominent Indian cricketers. 

In November 2023, Yuvraj, in a podcast with BeerBiceps, spoke about his father and stated that he has some kind of a mental issue, but is stubborn to admit this. 

This interview has resurfaced on social media platforms amid some explosive remarks made by his father on Dhoni, Rohit Sharma and Kapil Dev. 

It is a known fact that Yograj Singh has had his share of grudges against Dhoni as he holds him accountable for kicking Yuvraj out of the Indian team.

Yograj Singh Targets MS Dhoni 

Recently, Yuvraj's father again hogged the internet after he stated that he would never forgive Dhoni for sidelining his son from the Indian team. 

"I won't forgive MS Dhoni. He should look at his face in the mirror. He is a very big cricketer, but what he has done against my son, everything is coming out now; it can never be forgiven in life. I have never done two things in life - first, I have never forgiven anybody who has done wrong for me, and second, I have never hugged them in my life, be it my family members or my kids," he said.

Yograj Singh Targets Kapil Dev

It was not the end as he also targeted 1983 World Cup winner Kapil Dev for sidelining him during his playing years. Yograj also compared the trophies won by Dev and Yuvraj Singh in their career.

“The greatest captain of our time, Kapil Dev... I told him, I'll leave you in a position where the world would curse you. Today, Yuvraj Singh has 13 trophies, and you have only one, the World Cup. End of discussion,” Yograj said.

Yograj has been facing heavy criticism for his remarks and even Yuvraj has maintained his silence on this situation. It is worth noting that recently a biopic was also announced on Yuvraj Singh. T-Series announced that it would be bringing Yuvraj's life to the theatres.
