The southpaw could not make an impact in the first innings, but came out with great determination in the second outing and has notched up a memorable century.
So, with Yashasvi Jaiswal scoring his fourth Test century, let's relive his century on Test debut. He played his maiden Test against West Indies in July 2023 in Roseau. West Indies batted first and scored just 150, but Indian openers batted like they were playing on a different pitch and notched up on an opening stand of 229 runs.

India posted a massive total of 421 in their first innings and West Indies were cleaned up for just 130 in their second outing. As a result, the visitors won the game by an innings and 141 runs as Jaiswal was named the player of the match in his debut Test match.
