England's white-ball skipper and big-hitting batter Jos Buttler has been phenomenal striking runs at a brisk rate. His ability to counterattack the opposition has always given his side a great start in any contest.

Currently, Buttler is plying his trade in the SA20 league for the Paarl Royals where he has been batting brilliantly at the top of the order. The right-hander has been a mainstay in 20-over cricket. And now, batting against Durban's Super Giants, he achieved a record of 9000 runs in the shortest format across leagues.

Playing a total of 340 games in the T20 format, he has batted with a strike rate of over 145 in his entire career. Further, with six centuries and whopping 61 half-centuries, he has been a master in this form of the game.

The English cricketer also represents Rajasthan Royals and his home county side Lancashire in domestic cricket where he debuted in 2009.

As of now, he is placed 14th in the all-time list of highest run-getters behind countrymen David Miller with Chris Gayle at the top of the table.
