'Why Are You Chirping Now': Sam Konstas Gets Involved In 'Big Fight' With Jasprit Bumrah

It seems like Sam Konstas is on a mission to fight with all the big Indian names in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Series. In the MCG Test, he was involved in a heated moment with Virat Kohli as the India great had a shoulder bump with the Aussie debutant.

Now, towards the closing stages of Day 1 of the SCG Test, Konstas got into a big fight with India's pace spearhead, Jasprit Bumrah. The argument occurred in the last over of the Australian innings when Bumrah was about to deliver the last ball of the day.

Opener, Usman Khawaja was at the strikers end but since it was the last ball of the day, he delayed taking the strike which made Bumrah angry as he told Khawaja to get ready to face the last ball.

However, for some reason, Konstas intervened and had an argument with the Indian pacer. Bumrah didn't take the words kindly as he fired back and the umpires had to come between the two players as the matters escalated.

India dismissed for 185 in their first innings

India started the day with a shocker as Rohit Sharma opted to rest for the Sydney Test. The Indian batters in his absence had a shocker as almost everyone failed to deliver. Virat Kohli, who was criticised for his performance got dismissed by the same outside the off stump ball.

Barring Rishabh Pant nobody else stood tall as the Australian bowlers ran riot and dismissed India for a paltry 185. In reply, Australia, too, started on a wrong note as the team lost Khawaja in the last ball of the day as Bumrah struck after an argument with Sam Konstas.
