Yashasvi Jaiswal and Ruturaj Gaikwad are two of the most talented Indian youngsters. They are a treat to watch when they get going, and much was expected from them in the first T20I against Australia after a World Cup heartbreak. Yashasvi Jaiswal started well, with a six and a four, in the first over, but on the fifth ball, his brain-fade moment ran out Ruturaj Gaikwad, who did not even face a single delivery.

It was a short slower delivery on off. Jaiswal pulled it to deep backward square leg and called for couple of runs straightaway. Ruturaj Gaikwad who completed the first run was not sure of the second, but trusted his partner's call and ran for the second one.

However, Yashasvi after initially taking off for the second run, saw that the throw is coming quickly towards the batter's end and decided to take a U-turn. It left Ruturaj Gaikwad high and dry who was already halfway down the track and Wade after a fumble collected the throw by Ellis, and whipped the bails off.

Yashasvi Jaiswal also departed eventually, in the third over after a brisk knock of 21 off just 8 balls.
