Yashasvi Jaiswal welcomed Maheesh Theekshana with a first-ball six on Saturday when India met Sri Lanka for the first T20I of the three-match series at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium.

The aggressive left-handed opener showed no mercy to ace Sri Lankan spinner, as his carrom ball went over wide long-off region for a half-a-dozen.

It was first ball of the third over to Jaiswal, who began the innings with an aggressive manner after Sri Lanka asked the Men in Blue to bat first. And Theekshana, the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) star, faced the heat, as all Sri Lankan bowlers were dispatched to left, right, and centre throughout the Powerplay.
