Purani Delhi-6 lost an early wicket as their opener Manjeet was dismissed in the third over of the innings. At the fall of the first wicket, Rishabh Pant walked out to bat. Pant lasted for 32 deliveries in the middle, in which he scored 35 runs. During his stay, he hit four boundaries and one maximum. The six came in the 14th over off Shubham Dubey's bowling.

On the fifth delivery of the over, Dubey bowled a full ball at the pads. Rishabh Pant shuffles across and played a vintage 'Pant-scoop' to get a maximum over the fine leg region. He followed it up with a boundary of the very next ball. It looked like Pant's is finding his rhythm, however, within a couple of deliveries his innings reached its conclusion as Bidhuri showed him the way back to the pavilion.

After the departure of Pant, Lalit Yadav and Vansh Bedi took the attack to the opposition and ensured that their team reached a formidable total of 197/3 in their 20 overs.

At the time of writing, the South Delhi Superstarz are stationed at 73/0 in six overs. They need 125 runs to win off 84 balls.
