Saud Shakeel is rated as one of the most talented young cricketers in Pakistan cricket and after his heroics in Test cricket, he has started to make his mark in ODI cricket as well. In a crucial game against South Africa of World Cup 2023, he has now produced another brilliant performance with a classy fifty against South Africa. However, just when he was about to explode, Tabraiz Shamsi got rid of him with a beautiful delivery, bringing South Africa back in the game.

 How Saud Shakeel departed?

It was the first delivery of the 43rd over, and was pitched just outside off, turning away from Saud Shakeel. He tried to cut it but ended up getting an outside edge that was sharply pouched by Quinton de Kock behind the stumps.

Saud Shakeel was batting on 52 and it was crucial for Pakistan to stay till the end. However, Shamsi has been brilliant on his comeback and at the time of writing, Pakistan are 265-8 at the end of 45 overs with Shamsi bagging four wickets in his 10 overs.
