Babar Azam is the leading run-scorer of PSL 2024 and with a big game like Eliminator against Islamabad United, he was expected to fire. However, a stunning flying catch by Shadab Khan at mid off cut short his innings and Babar Azam departed on 25 off 22 balls with two fours and a six to his kitty.

It was the 8th over of Eliminator 2 between Peshawar Zalmi and Babar Azam and Zalmi were off to a flying start courtesy off Saim Ayub and his power-hitting.

On the fourth delivery of the 8th over, Naseem bowled a length delivery on off. Babar Azam made a bit of room and tried to pump it over mid off. He hit it well, but Shadab Khan, the skipper of Islamabad United had other plans and he flew to his right and upward at mid off and grabbed it with two hands, leaving Babar Azam completely shocked.
