The Australian cricketer, Georgia Wareham was in awe after Ellyse Perry's stunning performance against the Mumbai Indians in the Eliminator match of the ongoing Women's Premier League and felt lucky to have a player like Perry in their team.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore team had a poor time during the inaugural season of the WPL, but they bounced back and made it to the finals of the WPL Season 2 after defeating Mumbai Indians in the eliminator game last night

Ellyse Perry, the Australian all-rounder is among the greatest names in women's cricket and her performance in the last two games showcased why she is known to be the best all-rounder in women's cricket.

With the help of Perry's 66-run knock, RCB managed to reach the score of 135 in the Eliminator against the defending champions, but it turned out  to be enough as the women in Red thrashed Harmanpreet Kaur's Mumbai by a mere five run margin.

Georgia Wareham, who plays for Australia in international cricket, knows the importance of having Perry in the squad as they both play for Australia and thus said that having her in the RCB team is invaluable.

"We are lucky that Ellyse Perry is playing for RCB. To have someone like her on your team is invaluable."

RCB have never won the IPL trophy and now that the franchise has reached the WPL final, the whole fan base along with the players and the stakeholders would be hoping for a win in the final game to secure their first-ever title.
