The match between Manchester Originals and Oval Invincibles reached a high point with Curran's breathtaking catch at deep wicket.

The moment of magic unfolded in the 82nd ball of the Manchester Originals’ innings. With Adam Zampa at the helm, the tension was palpable as he delivered a crucial ball to Paul Walter. 

Walter, who had been scoring briskly, was attempting a big shot, but Zampa's cleverly disguised slower delivery forced him into a mistimed slog. The ball soared towards deep mid-wicket, where Curran was stationed.

In a split second, Curran threw the ball up, regained his footing, and completed the catch with finesse. Walter, who had been a significant threat with his 28 runs off 14 balls, was dismissed.

Despite this dazzling fielding display, the Sam Billings-led Oval Invincibles edged out the Manchester Originals by just 3 runs in a gripping finish.
