Indian left-arm spinner Saika Ishaque bowled a magnificent spell against England Women in the third and final T20I of the three-match series, which became a mere dead rubber after the visitors won the first two matches.
Saika, bowling her second over, made a significant impact by grabbing two quick wickets and giving away just two runs, tilting the momentum in India's favour. Overall, she ended her spell with figures of 3/22 in four overs.
Brought in for the 12th over, she claimed the wicket of Amy Jones with a full toss. Jones attempted a slog sweep, but the ball went flatter than expected, landing straight into Shreyanka Patil's hands at deep mid-wicket.
On the following delivery, she dismantled Danielle Gibson's stumps. Bowling a fuller length that skidded off the surface at the middle stump, Gibson, attempting to create room for a cut, was beaten on the outside edge, and the ball went on to hit the timber.

Besides these two wickets, Saika took down the dangerous Alice Capsey, who managed only 7 runs, early in the match. Saika Ishaque was the pick of the bowlers for India Women, having picked up a three wicket haul while conceding just 22 runs.
