Will Jacks smoking a huge six vs Willey in Hundred 2024 (x.com)
In tonight's The Hundred clash between Welsh Fire and Oval Invincibles, Will Jacks played a super exciting cameo of 25 off just 15 deliveries. As the Oval opener smashed a couple of audacious strokes, the RCB-famed batter cracked a 101-metre maximum against Fire's David Willey.
As the former RCB all-rounder hit the deck with a hard length delivery, angling into Jacks. The right handed batter stepped towards the bowler and pulled him forcefully onto the roof over deep mid wicket.

However, Will Jacks got dismissed soon after that stroke by Josh Little on 25. The RCB batter's dismissal initiated a collapse as the Sam Billings-led side kept on losing regular wickets, finishing their innings on 113 for 9.
Apart from Jacks, Donovan Ferreira contributed well with the ball for his 23-ball 30. Meanwhile, Jake Ball was the pick of the bowlers as he scalped 3 for 24 in his four sets.
