After losing two matches on the trot, Australia made a remarkable comeback in the third ODI against India in Rajkot. Riding on the fireworks from David Warner and Mitchell Marsh, the visitors got off to a dream start, racing to 78 in just eight overs before ace speedster Prasidh Krishna removed David Warner. 

Australian skipper Pat Cummins won the toss and opted to bat first on a flat deck in Rajkot. The decision proved to be a masterstroke, as Warner and Marsh hammered the Indian seamers to ensure a great start for the touring party. 

However, Prasidh Krishna brought a sigh of relief to the Indian camp, dismissing Warner soon after he completed his fifty. 

It was a length delivery in the middle stump line, with Warner trying to play a scoop shot only to edge it straight to the keeper. KL Rahul did the rest, holding on to an easy catch and sending the swashbuckling southpaw back to the hut. 

After Warner departed, former captain Steven Smith joined Marsh in the middle. As of writing, the visitors have powered themselves to 97 for one in just 10.5 overs, with Marsh and Smith batting on 32* and 9*, respectively. This match holds paramount importance for Australia, as they desperately need a win to avoid an embarrassing whitewash.
