Islamabad United seamer Naseem Shah bewildered Lahore Qalandars opening batsman Sahibzada Farhan six times in an over through a brutal montage of hostile swing-bowling. 

Turning up for his side in match number 23 of the ongoing PSL 2024 season, Shah sent down a maiden upfront to give Islamabad United an early advantage in the game.

As it turned out, Naseem's tightening maiden set up a timely wicket for his new-ball teammate and younger brother Hunain Shah inside the opening powerplay.

Naseem Shah, who returned to competitive cricket through the ongoing PSL 2024 season after recovering from injury, sent down a remarkable maiden over against Lahore Qalandars in match number 23 of the competition.

The 21-year-old pace maverick constantly bewildered Qalandar's opening batsman, Sahibzada Farhan, with pace, bounce, and swing throughout the latter's dwindling first-over stay at the crease. 

Moreover, Naseem even seemingly trapped Farhan for a caught-behind to finish the over before television replays went in favour of the batsman.

As it turned out, Naseem Shah's hostile spell to Sahibzada Farhan upfront set up a timely wicket for the speedster's younger brother, Hunain Shah.

Hunain, tasked to bowl the fourth over of the Lahore Qalandars innings, made an instant impact against struggling Farhan as the opener was done in by the youngster's pace.

Naseem Shah's new-ball partner Rumman Raees, meanwhile, accounted for Lahore Qalandars' other opener, Fakhar Zaman. Shai Hope also made his way back to the sheds a while later as the defending champions slipped to 30-3 inside the first seven overs of the innings.
