During the 20th over of the GT vs CSK game at Ahmedabad, as MS Dhoni awaited the TV umpire's decision, a die-heart fan couldn't contain his excitement as he ran to the field to meet beloved Thala.

MS Dhoni was left stunned for a couple of seconds as he jokingly went on to run in the opposite direction before stopping. And then, the fan bowed down and touched his feet in order to pay his respects to the legendary former skipper of CSK.

Although MS Dhoni's stay at the field wasn't too long but he made sure it was remembered by all. It was six-hitting party at Narendra Modi Stadium especially when he slammed his iconic helicopter shot against Rashid Khan during the final over. 

Talking about the game, despite CSK's valiant effort, Shubman Gill's Titans defeated them by 35 runs. The top-order failed to produce any brilliance as they all departed cheaply with Chennai lingering at 10. Then Moeen Ali and Daryl Mitchell's 100+ run partnership gave hopes to fans however it wasn't enough. Shivam Dube's short stint at the crease of 21 runs wasn't much of a help too. Although, Ravindra Jadeja tried to repair the damage but it was too late and because of which Ruturaj Gaikwad and Co faced another defeat. However, they are still holding onto the fourth spot in the IPL points table.
