English all-rounder Moeen Ali shone brightly with the bat during Chennai Super Kings' ongoing IPL 2024 encounter against Gujarat Titans at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. 

Coming at number five, Moeen formed a scintillating stand with Daryl Mitchell, bailing CSK out of trouble after the cheap dismissals of their top three. 

The swashbuckling southpaw took a particular liking for ace GT spinner Noor Ahmad, whom he smashed for three consecutive sixes in an over. 

The incident occurred during the eleventh over of CSK's innings when Moeen and Mitchell were stabilising things in the middle. 

Bowling from over the wicket, Noor started his over with a shortish delivery, which Moeen dispatched with sheer authority for a six. 

His next ball was a similar delivery around the fourth stump as Moeen again clobbered it straight down the ground for a maximum. 

Noor learnt nothing from his mistake, bowling another short ball, which Moeen pulled for a massive six for his third consecutive biggie of the over. 

Moeen's onslaught even earned massive praise from a GT fan, who was awed by his strokeplay. 

However, soon after completing his fifty, Moeen departed for an impactful 36-ball 56. Conincidentally, Noor Ahmad took his catch off Mohit Sharma's bowling.
