Litton Das getting castled by Arshdeep Singh (x.com)
Litton Das' poor form with the bat continued on Saturday during Bangladesh's T20 World Cup 2024 warm-up match against India in New York. The star opener could only muster 6 off 8 balls before Arshdeep Singh's superb nip-backer sent him back to the hut.
Litton's knock had one four, which came against Jasprit Bumrah. However, coming to chase a challenging target of 183, he could not have lasted long. Arshdeep, coming to bowl the third over of Bangladesh's innings, bowled a back-of-a-length delivery which caught Litton at the crease.
The ball came in viciously before rattling the stumps, leaving Litton clueless in the middle of the stadium.

India, meanwhile, are all over Bangladesh at the point of writing this. The Najmul Hossain Shanto-led side are in tatters, slipping to 27/3 at the end of six overs, with Arshdeep and Mohammed Siraj doing the damage.
For Bangladesh, Towhid Hridoy and Tanzid Hasan are in the middle, as they are on a mission to rebuild the innings in order to take their side to a respectable total before going for the victory.
