Age is just a number, and Bangladesh's 38-year-old all-rounder Mahmudullah proved it yet again on Saturday in New York. The veteran all-rounder grabbed an outstanding juggling catch near the boundary line during Bangladesh's T20 World Cup 2024 warm-up match against India, and it will be remembered among Bangladeshi fans for some time.

The incident happened during the 16th over of India’s innings when Shivam Dube came down the track, and went for a wild slog against Mahedi Hasan. The timing, however, was not exquisite, and Mahmudullah saw the opportunity to grab it while being placed at long-on.

He covered a lot of ground before eventually taking the catch, but the ball was travelling quickly, leading Mahmudullah to throw it up before going past the boundary line. Immediately after, he came inside the boundary line, and completed the catch, leaving the fans go crazy.

The replay showed the catch was taken alright, and hence, Dube had to walk off to the pavilion after scoring 14 off 16 balls. India, at the time of writing this, are 182/5 after 19.5 overs.
