Delhi Capitals have made a promising start to their second game of IPL 2024 against Rajasthan Royals by sending back top 3 RR batters back to the hut with just 36 on the board. The third of those wickets was of Jos Buttler who was bamboozled by Kuldeep Yadav with a beautiful delivery.

It was the second delivery of the 8th over and Kuldeep bowled it around the leg stump line on a length. The RR opener tried to reverse-sweep it but he missed it and the ball hit him on the pads. Kuldeep Yadav straightaway appealed but the umpire reacted negatively. 

However, Kuldeep was pretty confident and he literally forced Rishabh Pant to take the DRS who thought that the ball is pitching outside leg. However, when the Ball Tracking rolled in, it showed three reds and the umpire had to change his decision.

Buttler's wicket was a big blow to Rajasthan Royals who would have hoped that their senior batters delivers after they lost both Jaiswal and Samson early. Ashwin has been promoted to number 5 in face of adversity and he has started positively with some lusty blows as Parag too is looking solid at the other end.
