The South African bowling unit, especially Marco Jansen and Kagiso Rabada, is running havoc against Afghanistan in the first semi-final of the T20 World Cup 2024. 

Notably, Rashid Khan won the toss in this game at the Brian Lara Stadium in Tarouba, Trinidad and opted to bat first. 

The Afghan team management would have hoped that their openers would once again give them a steady start and set the platform for a total with which they can test the South Africans. But that did not happen as Marco Jansen and Kagiso Rabada made light work of the Afghan batting line-up. 


Rabada Leaves Zadran Speechless


On the first delivery of the fourth over, Kagiso Rabada bowled a beauty that left Ibrahim Zadran stunned. It was a good length delivery at the off and middle, and it nipped back in. 

Zadran tried to defend the ball from within the crease, but that left a huge gap between his bat and pads. The ball clattered into the middle and leg stump and ended Zadran's short stay in the middle.
